Many people have always been so judgmental of me ... in the past it was because I was "fat" and "obese". I had a hard time moving around and being active. I ate a lot of food and not always good choices. This hindered me in many ways. At my worst, my highest weight was 370 lbs. and I was famous for eating my feelings. For those who don't know what I mean... well I was an emotional eater! I would eat when I was happy, I would eat when I was depressed or sad, I would eat just to eat because food was my safe place. Or so I personally thought! I have since learned that food is just a means for us to survive. It doesn't take a whole lot to do this either. I personally eat about 5 small meals a day. Each meal for me is about 4-5 ounces of food primarily focused on protein.
